Ernesto Eduardo Dobarganes is a self-taught polymath and systems architect working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, theoretical physics, and digital governance.

As Founder, CEO, CTO and principal researcher of Vortygon, he develops advanced research projects across science, technology, energy, complexity and institutional design. Parallel to this, he leads CUBA 2.0 — a comprehensive framework for the rule-of-law, technology-driven economic reconstruction of Cuba as a high-value, U.S.-aligned hub.
